WORKSHOP

I’m the Interactive Media Specialist Technician at the Creative Technology Hub, London College of Communication (UAL). I run workshops and support BA, MA, and PhD students in visual programming, projection mapping, and physical computing.

I regularly lead beginner-friendly workshops introducing students from diverse backgrounds to TouchDesigner, a visual programming tool for real-time interactions. In addition to beginner workshops, I also run advanced sessions on projection mapping and develop various learning resources for students. I provide 1-to-1 consultations, helping students navigate the technical aspects of their projects.

Within the Creative Technology Hub, I manage various facilities, including a multipurpose booth and studio space for projections, as well as their related equipment. I also oversee the soldering bench, where I conduct inductions.

Beyond my technician role, I’m a Visiting Practitioner for the BA Interaction Design Arts course at UAL. For the past two years, I’ve supported the Expanded Cinema unit with technical workshops and delivered lectures such as Woven Media, which explores the impact of women’s experiences on new media arts.
